Q1: What material are your glass cups made of? Are they safe for use?

A1:  Our core glass series features food-grade high borosilicate glass, while the regular series uses food-grade soda-lime glass. All products meet national safety standards for food contact, being lead-free, cadmium-free, odor-free, with no hazardous substances. Safe for beverages and food.

Q2: Can I pour boiling water directly into the glass cup? What is the temperature difference resistance range?

A2:  High borosilicate glass resists thermal shock from -20°C to 150°C. Boiling water is safe, and cups can be refrigerated without shattering. For soda-lime glass, preheat with warm water before adding boiling water to avoid damage.

Q3: Can the glass cups be used in microwave ovens, dishwashers and disinfection cabinets?

A3:  Pure glass bodies without metal (like gold rims, lids, handles) are microwave, dishwasher, and disinfection cabinet safe. Models with metal decorations should NOT go in microwaves; hand wash recommended to avoid metal wear and oxidation.

Q4: Are the glass cups easy to break? Do you have shatter-resistant models?

A4:  Glass is fragile. Our products feature thickened bodies and reinforced bottoms to improve impact resistance. Avoid severe impacts. Shatter-resistant models with silicone sleeves are available to reduce breakage.
