FAQ

Q1: What material are your glass cups made of? Are they safe for use?

A1:  Our core series of glass cups are made of food-grade high borosilicate glass, while our regular series adopt food-grade soda-lime glass. All products fully comply with national safety standards for food contact materials, featuring lead-free, cadmium-free, odor-free properties and no hazardous substance precipitation. They can be safely used for holding drinking water, various beverages and food.

 

Q2: Can I pour boiling water directly into the glass cup? What is the temperature difference resistance range?

A2:  The high borosilicate glass series has an instantaneous thermal shock resistance ranging from -20°C to 150°C. Boiling water can be poured directly into the cups, which can also be placed in the refrigerator for refrigeration without shattering under sudden cooling or heating. For the soda-lime glass series, we recommend pouring a small amount of warm water to preheat the cup body before adding boiling water, so as to avoid damage caused by extreme temperature differences.

 

Q3: Can the glass cups be used in microwave ovens, dishwashers and disinfection cabinets?

A3:  Pure glass bodies without metal accessories (including gold rims, metal lids, and metal handles) are safe for use in microwave ovens, dishwashers and disinfection cabinets. For models with metal decorations or accessories, they must NOT be placed in microwave ovens, and hand washing is recommended to prevent wear and oxidation of the metal parts.

 

Q4: Are the glass cups easy to break? Do you have shatter-resistant models?

A4:  Glass is inherently a fragile material. Our full product line features a thickened cup body and reinforced cup bottom, which greatly improves daily impact resistance. Nevertheless, severe impact and falling from high places should be avoided. We also offer shatter-resistant models with silicone protective sleeves for further reduction of breakage risks.

Q5: Do you support customization such as logo, lettering and pattern printing? What is the lead time for customization?

A5:  We provide a full range of customization services, including corporate procurement customization, personalized engraving, and exclusive logo or pattern printing. Relevant design documents are required for customization. The standard production lead time is 7-15 working days, subject to the customization process and order quantity. Q6: Is there any error in the capacity and size of the product?

A6:  Accurate parameters including full cup capacity, cup body height, caliber, and bottom diameter are clearly marked on the detail page of each product. A certain capacity error and a size error within 5% may exist due to manual measurement, which falls within the normal process tolerance range of glass products and will not affect normal use.

 

Q7: How to clean tea stains and limescale on the glass cup? Are there any precautions for cleaning?

A7:  We recommend timely cleaning with a soft cloth or sponge brush after daily use, and avoid using hard tools such as steel wool to scratch the cup body. Stubborn tea stains and limescale can be easily removed by soaking in warm water with citric acid or baking soda for 10-20 minutes, followed by rinsing.
